The NVIP concept seeks to engage both the Academia and the Corporate world (Industry) to bridge the gap that has existed over the years. We are here to provide the right skill set necessary for the students of all academic disciplines globally, starting from Ghana, in partnership with industry experts from all fields of work. The students must be ready for work or be able to create start-ups after graduation.
The concept and its impact on skills development have encouraged most public tertiary institutions in Ghana to advise their students to find industrial attachment placement during their vacation, mostly supervised and graded before graduation.

Our mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap between Academia and Industry to ensure that students from all tertiary institutions on the planet earth get the right skills set needed to positively make contributions to existing businesses or be able to create new companies (Start-Ups) after graduation;
- Industrial attachment placement limitations for students and tertiary educational institutions become a thing of the past by providing the right and advanced platform for an annual industrial attachment placement for all students on planet Earth starting with Ghana.
- Ensure that current and future curricula by academia consistently train the required skills set needed by industry in all disciplines on planet earth from all tertiary institutions in collaboration with industry experts.
- We aim to completely end or reduce to the lowest minimum the issue of unemployment on the planet earth.
